FAQ

Q: Do you deliver to my Hotel Room?

A: For security reasons, most resorts (Disney/Universal) do not allow vendors to go directly to rooms. We will leave your cake with Bell Services at the Front Desk, or meet you in the Lobby. We send a photo confirmation upon delivery.

Q: How much notice do you need?

A: As a custom cake studio, we book up fast. We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Last-minute orders (less than 7 days) may incur a rush fee.

Q: Is there a delivery fee?

A: Yes. Delivery is calculated based on distance from our studio in Kissimmee. It ensures your fragile cake arrives in a temperature-controlled vehicle.

Q: Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan options?
